Are you able to SELL POTTERY outside of OFFICAL SHOP OPENINGS?

Unfortunately not. It takes so long for me to pack orders and go to the post office that I can only arrange this once in a while. Besides, I usually sell out in shop updates, so it is unlikely I will have anything in stock.

Do you offer commissions?

Unfortunately I no longer offer this.

Do you offer wholesale?

I keep my prices as low as I can so that I can sell directly to customers, so unfortunately I can’t afford to sell to wholesale. In addition, I produce in such small batches that I don’t have the capacity to make more than I sell online and in markets myself.

What happened to 'Limehouse Ceramics'?

My pottery business used to be called ‘Limehouse Ceramics’. When I found out that my novel was going to be published, I decided it would be easier to run my pottery and writing under a single name, rather than running two websites, two Instagrams etc.

Do you offer returns?

While I hope that you will be very happy with your ceramics, I do offer returns for online purchases if you are not entirely satisfied with your order. Please notify me within 10 working days (info@elizabethmacneal.com) and return the item within 15 working days. I will process the refund (with postage costs deducted) as soon as the order is received in the same condition in which it was sent. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until I receive it, so please request proof of delivery from your post office and make sure it is securely packaged. Unfortunately I cannot cover return postage costs.

If an item is received in broken or damaged condition, please send me a photograph within 5 days of receipt to info@elizabethmacneal.com and I will be delighted to replace or refund it (and I will cover the delivery costs), depending on your preference.
